After one month and a half of preparation, “BUYCOOR Academy” was launched on July 24th. It was the first time for BUYCOOR to be an EC operation learning platform, providing relevant training and practice activities for fellows from Shanghai. Staffs from different departments of BUYCOOR play the role as teachers and teaching assistants of this program.
After kick off meeting, we did several times of discussion and rehearsal about the lesson. We also compiled vivid teaching materials, and decorated great learning environment. All joint efforts were paid to ensure that students can get more knowledge and gain better learning experience.
The Tailor Made Courses
In order to make sure students from different divisions and departments can get better understanding of E-commerce and BUYCOOR, we provide an overview of them at the beginning. Then we divided consumer online shopping process into four keysectors (find the consumers - drain traffic – convert to purchasing – enhance shopping experience) and shared them with business cases during next four days.
Knowledge and Practice Combining
In addition to theory explanation, equivalent practicums of each module were also arranged for students. Under guidance of our mentors, students were able to handle the business progress and communicated with customers online directly. Particularly, mentors and students had amazing communication experience to express themselves.
Daily Feedback and Adjust Promptly
At the end of each day, all members (teachers & students) would come back class to make learning summarize. These collected opinions would be considered seriously to make sure the lesson was flexible and catering to the students’ needs.
We believe that, “BUYCOOR Academy” is not only a learning program, but also an extension bond connecting L’Oreal and BUYCOOR. With adequate communication, we can know more about each other’s workflow and demand. With mutual understanding, the cooperation between us will be closer and more efficient.
The success of the first “BUYCOOR Academy” is a great beginning. We hope it can become a sustainable program, fully exerting the role of digital talent incubator, and bringing positive impact to people as well as business development.
